1. normally, upgrade "goolink_P2P_2015-06-10.update" to the NVR , it will solve mose problem of goolink
2. check the network firewall  , the port of 28622 should be opened
3: NVR gateway should be the same with WAN routers e.g. 192.168.1.1
4. NVR DNS should be the same with the router, or just set it to 8.8.8.8
